The prime minister has charged the government to finish work under the repayment the state of joint-stock company " Атыраубалык "
ASTANA. April, 3. Kazakhstan Today. Prime minister РК Brown Масимов has charged the government to finish work under the repayment the state of joint-stock company " Атыраубалык ", the correspondent of agency transfers.

" To the Ministry of Agriculture together with the Ministry of Finance and other interested state bodies to finish an estimation with a view of the subsequent repayment the state of joint-stock company " Атыраубалык ", - has charged with K.Masimov today during session of the government.

At the same time, acting on session, the chairman of Committee госимущества Edward Utepov has informed the Ministries of Finance, that for work under the repayment of actions(shares) of joint-stock company " Атыраубалык " with shareholders the appropriate bilateral agreement is signed. " We have involved advisers who now will carry out(spend) an estimation of a share holding, the estimation on the part of shareholders was already carried out(spent). 26-th our advisers then we start direct negotiations about the price and conditions of sale " finish work, - it(he) has explained.

E.Utepov also has noted, that regarding transfer of a share holding to confidential management there are certain difficulties. " The Position of Committee of a fish facilities(economy) is those, that it is necessary to lead(carry out) the complex analysis of a technical and financial condition of joint-stock company because there there is a number(line) of the problems known to that and other party(side) ", - it(he) has told.

E.Utepov has explained, that problems " are connected by that there are excited criminal cases, there is a pledge of property in bank ". It(he) also has informed, that the working group which " will leave on a place now is formed to study this question then the final decision " will be accepted.
